At Makesh, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 14 days.
Right of Return
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
How to Return

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange for a different product or color, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new one.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
